Hi! I’m Nicole. I’m a writer and an editor.

Here’s a little bit about me:

Everyone has their own individual story of their college career. Here's a snapshot of mine.

I'm Nicole Cooper, and I'm a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and a minor in Professional Writing and Publishing.

At school, I’ve taken courses such as Publication Development, Fiction Editing, Foundations of Writing and Editing, Grammar of Standard Written English, and Style: Principles and Practices. After taking these courses, I’m confident that I can produce coherent writing with effective grammar and style, produce well-constructed interpretations based on textual evidence, and create professional documents with audience, purpose, and formal convention.

In January 2021, I started my Technical Writing position at iLIFE Financial Management Services. My day looks like this:

  • Writing, editing, and publishing technical documentation, instruction manuals, and user guides across a variety of departments and programs.

  • Researching materials to create high-quality documentation for challenging concepts.

  • Co-managing technical documentation reviews and publication processes that include several hundred documents.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or inquires.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my website!
